Interlibrary Loan (ILL) Services

We are an OCLC Express Library!

Can't find the article or book you need? Don't give up! Use Interlibrary Loan. It's free to current CSU students, faculty, and staff. Law students and faculty may place requests using the Law Library Interlibrary Loan Request Form. Interlibrary Loan uses a worldwide network of libraries to locate the exact item you need. An article in PDF format can often be delivered within 48 hours; physical materials take longer. You'll be notified via your CSU email account when your request is ready for pickup or available to download. Turnaround time and lending policies vary by institution.

How to Make an InterLibrary Loan Request

  1. First, make sure the item is not currently available through DISCOVERY @ CSU.
  2. Log in to the Interlibrary Loan system.
  3. Select article, book, or other/audio/visual, then enter as much information as you have, and click submit to place your request.
