1. Call us at (216) 687-2475 and ask for a Friends brochure. When you receive your brochure in the mail, select your membership level, fill in the application form, and return it to us with your check.
2. Download the brochure, print it yourself, and mail it along with your check made payable to CSUF (Cleveland State University Foundation) to:
