The purpose of the Library’s provision of change is to facilitate the use of Library equipment and services.

The Michael Schwartz Library provides change in the following ways:

• Availability of dollar and five dollar bill changers
• Photocopy machines provide change when an amount larger than the photocopy cost is inserted.

As a supplement to change provided through machines, the Overdues Office provides change when:

• The dollar-bill changers are out of order
• Patrons require change for a $10.00 or a $20.00 bill.
