In event of a legimate request for those funds by members of the defunct organization, the Treasurer is authorized to release those funds to appropriate claimants.

     Approved revisions including that student leaders receiving stipends are University employees; policies for bulletin boards controlled by the Student Government Association, and that student organizations selling consigned goods of $500or more must turn in an executed form releasing CSU from liability.
