     Approved Fenn Negotiations Comm. report as representing expressed desires of the Board...the proposals shall be reduced to a mutually acceptable contractual form.

     Regents, in accordance with provisions of Section 2 of Amended House Bill No. 2 of the Special Session of the 105th General Assembly, and with Resolution R1965-35, adopted on 1/15/65, approves the agreement in principle entered in by the Trustees of CSU with the Trustees of Fenn College for the acquisition of the physical assets of the Fenn College Corporation.

     Approved final draft of the agreement between Fenn Collegeand CSU, providing for the transfer of Fenn's land, building, and equipment.

     Approved Agreement between Fenn College & CSU and for filing "Fenn College, an Ohio corporation not for profit vs. James J. Nance, et al.

     Approved letter sent to Chairman Burmester by Chairman Nance and the Interim Arrangement for the use of Fenn College facilities during the period after 9/1/65 until the Agreement is finally approved.
