FEE AUTHORIZATION PROGRAM 9/19/79 (79-53) Effective beginning l979 fall quarter with understanding that the President will approve related financial aid regulations. 6/29/82 (82-49) Approved increased undergraduate credit course fee remission from 50% to 100%; increased graduate credit course fee remission from 0% to 50%; and included financial dependency as eligibility requirement for children under 23 years of age. 11/17/82 (82-84) Approved extending fee remission benefits to the dependent children of Timothy Sheehan. 4/17/85 (85-54) Approved proposed revised program, effective Spring Quarter 1985. 5/24/88 (88-37) Approved eliminating the age limit of 23 for dependent children and replacing the 12-quarter limitation with 216 quarter hours. 12/11/90 (90-107) In the event of the death of a qualifying faculty/staff member with 5 or more years of service, benefits are continued for the in-state portion of any fee for eligible dependent children. In the event of the divorce of a qualifying faculty/staff member, benefits are continued for the spouse for a period of up to 2 years, as long as the qualifying employee remains at CSU. 10/30/95 (95-54) Extended fee remission benefits to Krissia Coleman, daughter of Wanda Coleman.
