     Report of the Finance & Administration Comm. meeting with representatives of the American Association of University Professors to discuss a proposal for AAUP to act as the faculty bargaining unit for CSU.
     Appointed an ad hoc committee on collective bargaining:

        Betty Cope

     Letter to Trustees from Dr. Roger Binkley, CSU Chapter President of AAUP, expressing concern that the ad hoc committee on collective bargaining is not proceeding as fast as it could or should.
