      Approved four-year program in which students would be enrolled concurrently in the Urban Affairs and the Law Colleges.

      Approved joint JD/MS-EVS dual degree program.

2/27/06
      Approved separating the completion requirements for joint programs so that students would then be able to finish one degree and graduate before completing the second degree.  Students completing both degrees together would be allowed to transfer 10 credit hours towards the law degree. If they elect to complete the lawe degree first then only 8 hours can be transferred to the law degree.
