The form is designed for off-campus CSU students who already have registered with the Michael Schwartz Library. Registration and the services offered are free. You must provide a current CSU ID number, the name or number of the distance education course you are taking, and a return email address, FAX or phone number in order for us to reach you.

There are additional options for asking reference questions. You may call the reference librarian on duty at 216-687-5300 during hours the library is open.
